Leah's Woodstock studio is small, private and serene. It features new, state-of-the-art Pilates equipment and all Iyengar yoga props, including a built-in rope wall.  The ropes allow people to invert with no weight on their head or neck, and supports yoga students to find correct alignment in their poses.

Private and duet lessons are available by appointment.
